Howard Gamble

Howard Gamble has been involved in healthcare and public health since 1993, working in school health, public health and hospital-based health care programs.

Howard received his undergraduate degree from West Virginia Wesleyan College. He received a graduate degree in Health Care Administration from West Virginia University and a master’s in public health from West Virginia University School of Medicine in 1998.

In 2007 Howard became the administrator of the Wheeling-Ohio County Health Department. Howard is a graduate of the Southeast Public Health Leadership Institute and the Leadership West Virginia program.

Howard is also an instructor at Ohio University Eastern, Wheeling Jesuit University and Oglebay Institute. He is also the owner of Wheeling Stained Glass and a member of Artworks Around Town located in Wheeling’s historic Centre Market.
