The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at WVU has undergone organizational restructuring, adoption of new technology, and expansion of our geographic and demographic audience. With the assistance of West Virginia University Public Administration Capstone Seminar Students- Dustin Blankenship, Erin Franklin, and Kaitlyn Shaffer, OLLI at WVU is revising our Policy Manual and incorporating these new developments.
