December Commencement details

Congratulations to our soon-to-be WVU School of Public Health graduates!

West Virginia University will have in-person Commencement ceremonies for the Class of 2021 August and December graduates at the Coliseum.

The School of Public Health ceremony will take place Saturday, December 18 at 10 a.m.

Register to Participate: All graduates must register to participate in the ceremony by Sunday, December 11. Registration to participate in Commencement exercises is separate from the graduation application. Tickets are not required and there are no restrictions on the number of guests a graduate may bring.

Order Regalia: Regalia must be worn in order to participate. The last day to order official WVU regalia online from Herff Jones for ship to home is Monday, November 22. Please purchase all caps, gowns, tassels and hoods prior to the day of your ceremony as no regalia will be sold at the venue. Information about regalia colors is available on the School of Public Health Commencement web page.

Undergraduate Honor Cords: Honor cords and stoles for graduates will be distributed during capstone presentations in December. Bring them with you to the ceremony. There will not be any supplied at the venue.
