Finding Wellness is led by registered dietitians and other health professionals and includes:

  • Health and wellness topics, such as mindful eating, truths, and myths about popular diets and supplements, food portioning, and finding fitness
  • Live cooking demonstrations by the best local chefs
  • Free tools to promote healthy lifestyle habits
