Free Virtual Meditations Available

The Wellness Center is now offering three free weekly meditations with a morning, afternoon, and evening option.

Regular meditation helps strengthen mental muscle while promoting stress management, resilience and relaxation.

Sessions are recorded live on the Mindful Steps Facebook page on Tuesdays and Thursdays and hosted via Webex video conferencing on Wednesdays at the times listed below:

  • Tuesdays, 5:00 - 5:20 p.m.
  • Wednesdays, 1:15 - 1:35 p.m.
  • Thursdays, 8:30 - 8:50 a.m.

Students, faculty and staff are invited to join at no cost.
