Gardner Winter Music Festival

The Gardner Winter Music Festival is coming up on Friday, February 24 and Saturday, February 25 at South Middle School (just on the other side of Greenbag Road from OLLI). This festival focuses on old-time, traditional music. You can come and listen, or you can come and join in the informal jam session. Or you can come and participate in one of the many workshops. Admission is free for musicians and for non-musicians $3 on Friday and $5 on Saturday and includes the workshops and dances.

Friday night from 7:30 - 9:00 PM there is a swing dance (instruction provided) and Saturday there is a square dance from 8:00 -10:00 PM. The OLLI Orchestra (students who were in the recent lap dulcimer class) will perform at 10:20 AM Saturday. For more information, you can go to the website at gwmf.org.
