More income needed?  Would you like to be more charitable if you had more income?  It's possible! Through a gift that pays you back an income, you can support organizations that are important to you, such as OLLI, and receive an income for your lifetime.  Your gift to the WVU Foundation can accompolish both, while benefitting OLLI and other organizations.  This gift arrangement with the Foundation can bring either fixed or variable income your way on a regular basis.  With gifts starting at $25,000, you can receive a fixed income, or with gifts of $50,000 can pay a variable income with growth potential.  Stocks, mutual funds, corporate bonds and even real estate can work, as will cash.
