Health Careers Opportunity Program: Paid Summer Program

Students looking for an affordable way to study for DAT, GRE, MCAT or PCAT with Kaplan Review should check out the Health Careers Opportunity Program (HCOP) Guide free summer program. The on-campus portion of the program takes place from May 17-21 and the home study education review portion takes place June 7 to July 2 (due to COVID, the program will be all-online this year).

Eligible students chosen for this paid opportunity will receive a stipend for the one-week on-campus portion, as well as personal statement writing guidance, interview practice, guidance from professional school deans and directors, research and presentation experience and a free Kaplan Review course.

To quality, students must: be a U.S. citizen, be a WV resident, have a disadvantaged status (underrepresented minority, financially disadvantaged and/or first-generation college bound), be an undergraduate sophomore, junior, senior or graduate student seeking admission to a school/program of dentistry, medicine, pharmacy, occupational therapy or physical therapy.
