Internet connectivity unavailable on Wednesday, Nov. 20

Wired and wireless internet connectivity will be unavailable on HSC South’s 8th floor on Wednesday, Nov. 20, from 6-10 p.m. During this time, Information Technology Services will be replacing and upgrading hardware. All rooms on the floor will potentially be affected.

The work has been scheduled for minimal disruption. This is part of an ongoing, critical hardware update that began in October and will end in early 2025, affecting approximately 10 data/network closets at the HSC complex. We will announce each planned outage before it occurs.

Faculty, staff and students should not experience any changes after the hardware upgrade is complete.
