Meet Layne Hitchcock

BeWell's Behavioral Health Coordinator

As someone with 10 years of clinical experience and a passion for mental health, making a difference and helping others improve their own quality of life, this role spoke to me.

I'm passionate about assisting rising professionals in addressing their own health and wellbeing, with primary focus on resilience, self-compassion, and self-care. My hope for BeWell is to bring these areas of focus to Health Sciences.

I have big plans for BeWell, but let's be honest, smaller steps at first will help us make an impact on a larger scale later on. You can read more about those smaller steps on my first blog post.
