May Graduates: Register to participate in May 2022 commencement ceremony

Message to May 2022 graduates from Leah Adkins, sent via email Friday, April 8: 

Dear Members of the Class of 2022: 

If you are planning to participate in the WVU School of Public Health's May commencement ceremony, you must complete this online registration form by April 29, 2022. 

The School of Public Health commencement ceremony will be held at 4 p.m. on Friday, May 13, in the Canady Creative Arts Center located in the Lyell B. Clay Concert Theatre.  Doors will open to family and friends at approximately 3:30 p.m. Tickets are not required. Masks are welcomed and encouraged but not required. 

All participating students must arrive at 3:00 p.m. with full regalia for registration and instruction. Upon entering the main entrance, proceed to the right to the Davis Theatre. (There will be signs and volunteers to help guide you.) There will be no graduation practice, so it is essential that you arrive on time to receive instruction for the ceremony itself. 

Please note: there are no areas available for coats, purses, etc., to be stored during the ceremony. These items must be kept with family members or in your car. Clear bag policy will be in effect for all in attendance. 

The University is currently finalizing the Order of Exercise for that day. I will share those details via email once they are finalized. Students should start receiving commencement programs in the mail (to your permanent address on file with the University) after April 26, 2022.
