Meals on Wheels Seeking Volunteers

The mission of Morgantown Area Meals on Wheels, a nonprofit service of love, is to provide hot, nutritious and affordable meals to clients in their homes. Volunteers deliver meals daily, Monday through Friday to clients in the Morgantown Area. We are in need of volunteer drivers and substitute drivers to help with our mission. Drivers pick up meals one day/week from one of three distribution centers, Star City Kitchen on University Ave, Goshen Baptist Church on the Goshen road or Rock Forge Presbyterian Church. Meals in coolers are picked up about 9:45 am, and delivered within a 10 mile radius of each distribution center, and delivery is complete by about 11:30 am.
