Member Benefit: Printing

Although society is trying to shift to paperless, there are still times when you need to print, and maintaining your own printer when you only need it once or twice a year can be a ridiculous expense.

We have set up two computers in the lab that can print to the HP 8600 Ink Jet Printer we have available there.

These computers have the MS Office suite of software available (Word & Excel), Adobe Acrobat, and an internet connection, so you'll need to make sure your document does not require any specialized software.

This printer will be available to OLLI members during office hours, dependent upon adequate office staffing to open the computer lab.

To Use the OLLI Printer:

• Call ahead to make sure the lab and staff members are available. (304-293-1793)
• Copy your document to a USB thumb drive.
• Come to the OLLI office and we'll let you into the computer lab, and show you which computers to use.
• Open your document from the thumb drive and print to the HP 8600.
