Long before Disney pirates started to yuk it up in the Caribbean, Gilbert and Sullivan’s seafaring brigands were blending romantic comedy with glorious song in this beloved operetta. Join the School of Music and School of Theatre & Dance as they tell a tale of reluctant pirates, fair maidens, and questionable naval intelligence in The Pirates of Penzance. Directed by Lee Blair.

Join OLLI as they attend this swashbuckling show on April 9, 2017 at 2:00 PM at the Lyell B. Clay Concert Theatre, Creative Arts Center. Bring your own lunch and come early for a special pre-show talk in the Green Room at 12:30 PM.

Make your payment by cash, or check in the amount of $17 per ticket payable to the WVU Foundation, and take or mail it to OLLI at WVU Mountaineer Mall Office, POB 9123, and Morgantown WV, 26506-9123. Payment is required no later than Friday, March 31 at 5:00 p.m. Tickets may be picked at the WVU CAC box office prior to the performance.
