OLLI members put their Mountain State knowledge to the test

On June 4, 2026, Osher Lifelong Learning Institute members and guests gathered for an afternoon of friendly competition, good food and Mountain State pride during OLLI's inaugural West Virginia Team Trivia Spring Social event.

The event began with a light lunch before teams faced off in an interactive and entertaining game of West Virginia-themed trivia led by OLLI instructor and 1986 Golden Horseshoe winner Jay Cole. Participants tested their knowledge of our state's history, culture, geography, and unique facts.

In addition to the trivia, artwork and West Virginia-themed items were raffled off during the social event. The afternoon provided a welcoming opportunity for friends, family, neighbors, and fellow OLLI members to connect, compete, and support OLLI programming.
