Public Health, Law partnering for Fall 2021 special topics course

The WVU School of Public Health is pleased to partner with the WVU College of Law to offer an exciting special elective in Health & International Human Rights (PUBH 693D).

Taught by WVU’s 2021 John T. Copenhaver Jr. Chair David H. Moore, JD, of Brigham Young University, Health & International Human Rights provides a two-week dive into health through the lens of international law and foreign relations law. This elective will explore health as a human right through a legal perspective and provide a review of international law, human rights law and U.S. foreign relations law. 

For graduate- and doctoral-level students interested in global health issues and/or health policy, this course makes an excellent one-credit elective.
