Religion and Science: Perspectives of U.S. Adults and Science Graduate Students

Professor Chris Scheitle from the Department of Sociology and Anthropology at West Virginia University will present on “Religion and Science: Perspectives of U.S. Adults and Science Graduate Students,” followed by a Q & A session on Wednesday, June 5, 2:30 P.M. at the Village at Heritage Point. His talk highlights his recent book, Religion vs Science: What Religious People Really Think (with Elaine Howard Ecklund; Oxford University Press), which is based on a national study of U.S. adults’ attitudes about religion, science, and the relationship between the two.
