Sign up for Habitat for Humanity Delta Omega volunteer project
Delta Omega is looking for students who would like to volunteer their time with Habitat for Humanity to help families in need. This volunteer opportunity will occur on-site on Canyon Run Road or at the ReStore Center on Saturday, October 20, beginning at 8 am.
We still have approximately 15 spots available, and signups are on a first come first serve basis. Students must sign up online individually and sign a waiver. There are two jobs to choose from: Construction Crew and ReStore Crew. Lunch will be provided for those who volunteer! Below are instructions on how to sign up!
Construction Crew
1. Follow Link ( https://moncountyhfh.galaxydigital.com/user/register/ ) where you will be prompted to register using facebook or email. There is no need to fill out skills/interests after registering
2. Click on "Opportunities" on the left menu bar and then select "Saturday Crew". Scroll down to the "Shifts" menu and locate the Oct. 20th, 8am shift and click on "Respond Individually".
3. Under Additional Volunteer Information/Notes, please type in Student Association of Public Health. Then answer the required question about how you learned of the opportunity.
4. Download and read the "Volunteer Waiver" and click the checkbox that you have done so.
5. Click "Submit Opportunity Response"!
Be prepared to commit 7 hours to this construction opportunity!
ReStore Crew

2. Click on "Opportunities" on the left menu bar and then scroll down to the bottom right option of "Merchandise Assistant - Saturday Shift". Scroll down to the "Shifts" menu and locate the Oct. 20th, 8am shift and click on "Respond Individually".
3. Under Additional Volunteer Information/Notes, please type in Student Association of Public Health. Then answer the required question about how you learned of the opportunity.
4. Download and read the "Volunteer Waiver" and click the checkbox that you have done so.
5. Click "Submit Opportunity Response"!
