Study seeks students who want to exercise more

A new exercise study at WVU Health Sciences is seeking students to participate.

Any WVU student who wants to start exercising regularly is eligible to sign up for eight weeks of free exercise training.

Participants will join in challenging 10 minute reduced exertion, high intensity training exercises sessions in the HSC Wellness Room.

When: Pre-testing will be Sept. 7-10. Exercise training sessions begin on September 13 and run M/W/F from 3 - 5 p.m. in 10 minute increments. Yep, the workout is only 10 minutes!

Where: Health Sciences Center

Who Can Participate: WVU Students that take part in fewer than 150 minutes of exercise per week.

Benefits: You will receive free exercise training and all results of your assessment measures. Exercise training improves overall health. You will not be reimbursed for participating.
