Support your well-being by expanding your sense of purpose
Finding purpose amidst daily activities and routines is an important part of maintaining mental and physical well-being. There are many opportunities for you to find and follow your purpose while at WVU.
The Purpose Center is a one-of-a-kind resource available to the campus community to help individuals find their passion and how they want to make an impact on the world around them. With individual coaching sessions, group pods, workshops and pop-ups around campus, there are several ways to explore your purpose.
Project 168 helps students to engage outside the classroom through a self-paced, co-curricular experience that offers a minimum of 50 opportunities to participate in across ten content areas. Students who complete the program will receive an official co-curricular transcript that can be used for graduate or professional school applications or other post-graduate opportunities.
Career Services is available to students across all WVU campuses and offers a range of career and professional development services including self-assessments, career counseling, resume reviews and career fairs.
Other resources such as DegreeWorks, Mindfit and the Office of Student Success are available tools to help students work toward their purpose while at WVU.
