Undergraduate program receives accreditation

The new WVU School of Public Health Bachelor of Science degree was recently awarded full accreditation from the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH). The School fo Public Health as a whole is also accredited by CEPH. The first undergraduate students began classes this semester.

“This additional accreditation provides confidence in our ability to deliver high quality programs impacting West Virginia and the Appalachian Mountain Region,” said Greg Hand, PhD, MPH, Founding Dean, WVU School of Public Health. “We look forward to growing the School and educating undergraduate students in increasing numbers.”
