Upcoming MAR-PHTC training opportunity
Bring your questions and join in an interactive discussion about public health employment paths after graduation. The Mid-Atlantic Regional Public Health Training Center is offering an online training opportunity to about employment opportunities at community health centers on Wednesday, February 12, 2020, from 1-2 p.m. The training will delve into the non-traditional avenue of work at a community health center. Panelists will include staff from three regional community health center associations who will describe their agency’s mission and target population as well as their staff’s journey to their current positions. Be prepared to share your thoughts with panelists and participants as the group explores these unique employment opportunities.

This presentation is appropriate for students, site supervisors, faculty, and HRSA Public Health Training Center personnel.

A computer with high-speed internet connection and the ability to download and run this platform is required. Connection information will be provided following registration. Basic functionality, including the use of a feature to type in questions, will be reviewed during the webinar.
