Women’s Leadership Initiative announces new members

Following its fall membership drive, the Women’s Leadership Initiative proudly welcomed 122 new members, including School of Public Health’s Danielle Davidov, Roberta Mogyoros, France Weaver and Lindsay Wiles.

Although women make up more than 60% of the higher education workforce, they hold only 30% of its executive leadership positions. Now in its 12th year, the WLI works to improve those numbers by providing a leadership curriculum and offering activities such as CliftonStrengths coaching and workshops.
