WVPRC HIGHLIGHTED BY NHGRI
On National Family Health History Day, the National Human Genome Research Institute published an on-line story about the WV Prevention Research Center’s perspectives on using the Surgeon General’s My Family Health Portrait Tool in the WV Community Genomics Project.
Dr. Ranjita Misra stepped in last year to complete the Genomics project when Dr. Tara Barr went out on medical leave. The collaboration between the WVPRC and colleagues throughout the HSC and state exemplifies the boundless capacity of the WVPRC and the School of Public Health.
