WVU Humanities Center Opens 2018 Quality of Life Speaker Series August 30

The WVU Humanities Center will open its Quality of Life speaker series with Confluences: The Human Dimensions of Water, a panel discussion of the issues of human experience involved in the state’s local watershed. Co-sponsored by the University Libraries’ Arts in the Libraries program, the panel will be held on Thursday, August 30, from 4:00 – 5:30 p.m. at the Wise Library on the WVU downtown campus. Panelists will include Barbara Howe (History, Emeritus), Nicholas Stump (Law Library), Sharon Ryan (Philosophy) and Stephanie Foote (English).
