WVU in the News: USA Today: 'Dying for Care'

Nicholas Castle, a leading researcher on enforcement of nursing home standards from West Virginia University's School of Public Health, weighs in on a "staggering pattern of failures" in nursing homes across America.

According to Dr. Castle, chair and professor in the Department of Health Policy Management and Leadership, concentrated enforcement efforts can have a signifcant effect but, unfortunately, have "almost disappeared."
