Your feedback matters: Participate in the SPH Diversity and Inclusion Climate Survey
You're invited to participate in the School of Public Health (SPH) Diversity and Inclusion Climate Survey.
The survey is being administered by the SPH Diversity Task Force in conjunction with the Director of Accreditation, Planning, and Evaluation to the students, faculty and staff in the SPH. It will invite you to share your perceptions of the school’s climate; how the SPH supports diversity and inclusion; and your experiences with discrimination and harassment on our campuses.
In addition to assessing your attitudes and experiences related to diversity within the school, you'll also be invited to share your opinion regarding improvements as it pertains to diversity and inclusion.
Please know that participation in the survey is strictly voluntary. If you decide to participate, you do not have to answer any question of the survey that you do not wish to answer. Also, responses will remain strictly confidential.
