Study Synopsis: This study was a 2.5-day MBRT Intensive immersion conducted with West Virginia First Responders. Participants reported fewer difficulties regulating emotions and less occupational stress and fatigue; and increased emotional intelligence 90-days post-intervention.

Study Synopsis: In this study, we recruited 200 West Virginia front-line workersinto 10 regionally-based cohorts for a 2-day training with 4 weekly virtual follow-up skills training sessions and followed them for six months. At six months post-intervention, participants reported fewer difficulties regulating emotions, less sleep disturbance, fatigue & emotional distress. In addition, participants also reported increased emotional intelligence, mindfulness, physical and mental health, & life satisfaction.
