Breakfast with Dr. Blosnich, Public Health alumnus and leading scholar

Opportunity for Public Health PhD students, RSVP by Friday, 2/25

School of Public Health doctoral students are invited to join John Blosnich, PhD, WVU School of Public Health (SPH) alumnus and director of the Center for LGBTQ+ Health Equity at the University of Southern California, for a closed breakfast session on Friday, March 4, at 9 a.m.

This is a great opportunity to meet with one of Public Health's leading scholars and discuss career ideas, pathways to independence as a researcher, the quality of the SPH PhD program and, of course, ask questions regarding any other issue of interest.

Blosnich was selected as this year’s guest speaker for the Research Induction Ceremony, to be held on Friday, March 4, from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Okey Patteson Auditorium.

Please note: Participation in the breakfast is open and encouraged for all Public Health PhD students, regardless of degree trajectory and whether or not you are partaking in the Research Induction Ceremony.

RSVP is required. Please sign up using this form before close of business on Friday, Feb. 25. An option to join via Zoom will be made available, though in-person attendance is preferred.
