On January 10, the School of Public Health hosted three experts to discuss the ongoing opioid crisis and approaches to combatting epidemics related to intravenous substance use. As part of the Dean's Colloquium Series, the panelists provided multiple perspectives – medical, law enforcement and community impact – about harm reduction initiatives and, specifically, syringe services programs.
