Jondrea Nicholson

Jondrea Nicholson is employed with the WV Department of Health and Human Resources, Bureau for Children and Families. As its community services manager for the Marion and Monongalia County District, Ms. Nicholson oversees all BCF programs and staff in this two county district. Ms. Nicholson has been employed in various capacities with the WVDHHR over the course of her 15-year tenure with the agency. She has been a Child Protective Service Worker and Child Protective Services Supervisor prior to advancing to the role of Community Services Manager. Ms. Nicholson is a 2001 Graduate of Marshall University with a Bachelor of Arts of Degree in Criminal Justice. She obtained a social work license through the non-traditional route and has a been a Licensed Social Worker through the WV Board of Social Work since 2008. Jondrea resides with her husband and twin 16 year old children in Doddridge County on the family farm. Ms. Nicholson enjoys spending time with her family, coaching basketball, assisting with Doddridge County 4-H, and attending sporting events in her spare time.
