Alexandra Schmouder

I work with the National Association of Social Workers WV to advocate for the well-being of all West Virginians by attending legislative sessions to encourage bills that work toward a healthy state.

I obtained my bachelor's in public health from West Virginia University in 2024, where I then went on to pursue my Master of Social Work degree.

Public health and social work blend beautifully. I am currently working with the National Association of Social Workers West Virginia to advocate for the well-being of all West Virginians and attending the West Virginia legislative sessions to encourage bills that work toward a healthy West Virginia and stop those that don't!
